I decided to take Abby in for her first dentist appointment before she started daycare since they brush their teeth everyday after lunch there. She has some darker spots on her teeth regardless of how much we brush them. We found out that it's not tarter or anything. It's actually staining from the Iron drops that we had to add to her breast milk. It's fairly common and will wear off with time. I'm just relieved it isn't cavities because we didn't brush her teeth well enough. She did really well until we laid her down to see if the dark spots could be scraped off. She didn't like being held down, but the team said she did really well for being so young.
