Haircut

She was excited to donate her hair (10 inches removed!) to Locks of Love. We love the new hair as it is so much easier to clean and maintain!

Catch up

I have so many pictures and am inconsistent with posting so I'm going to try to post more each day if I can get to it. Hopefully I'll get to be recent soon!

I just wanted to capture some smiles then Abby got her new glasses! Gotta be purple!

Here was picture of her eyes in the morning before glasses. Her right eye stays dialiated now since the doctor has us putting an eye drop in the eye-her good eye-every other day to help her lesser eye be forced to work more. We'll see how much progress is made at her February check up. Crazy eyes!

Sorry it's been a few days since my last post. It's a struggle to establish a routine while I'm in the hospital. 

Here was Abby striking not a pose in one of her dresses before church. You never know what face you're going to get :-)

Actual Halloween

I realize I'm running behind on pictures. There's just so many that I have I can't keep up. Maybe while I'm in the hospital a I'll try to do multiple posts a day until I catch up to current pictures. That way you guys can see what's going on around the time I'm posting instead of two months ago! 

Here was actual Halloween evening. Abby had a really fun time walking our neighborhood for treats. We got to meet a good amount of neighbors so it was good for all of us to be out there. 

Trick or treat to stores

Tony and Kathy came with us to get candy from the stores in one of our shooing areas for Halloween. I was most excited when they gave us coupons!

Abby was laying down on me while we were on the couch and kept asking me to take Dori's picture. My one condition was if she smiled too!

Eye Doctor

I don't think I posted these before, but there's a chance I'm repeating myself. This is when we took Abby to the eye doctor. She did pretty well with the drops to dialate her eyes (which is what she is modeling in these pics), and the doctor suggested an eye drop in her better eye to help her lesser eye become stronger. We had zero luck getting her to wear her eye patch stickers over the last year, so we're hoping this helps her out some-so at least her poor vision will be even :-)

Yee Haw!!

Here Abby is riding the horsey at one of the restaurants we go to, thanks to the quarters that Nana sent earlier this year. We save them for these machines only. 

Somehow Adam thought this was a good idea...

Abby's birthday morning

Abby had a fine birthday morning yesterday. She woke up to a bag with a few small gifts in it and us singing to her. She was so excited to take cupcakes to her friends at school too. Can't believe she's actually 4 years old now!  At least I don't have to get crazy looks from people when I tell them she's three-because she's so stinking tall. Four is more believable :-)

Candy heaven

After the farm, Tony and Kathy went to the candy store for a bag full of treats!

The farm

Tony and Kathy took Abby to a farm one day so she could "feed" the animals. Looks like she was a little more than 50% successful!
