Every once in a while Abby asks to lay down and cuddle with me. Of course I don't turn her down!

House pics

Since they've been working on the wiring in the new house lately, I've been trying to get pictures of every wall and ceiling to make sure we know what's behind the drywall in the future. It involves A LOT of pictures while we're there. Abby gets jealous of all the picture taking and keeps asking, "can you take my picture?" So I give in sometimes.

Abby was determined to give Uncle Tyler a kiss on this particular evening.

Birthday wishes

Kathy and Tony got me an ice cream cake for my birthday this year when we went over to their house to celebrate. When the cake was lit and up ready for me to blow out the candles, Abby started trying to blow them out. Adam was trying to take a picture and she would look at him for 2 seconds and then try to blow out the candles, then look at him again, and then back to the candles, several times until she managed to blow out every sing me one. I guess she was trying to get all my wishes!

Tickles

Adam was just trying to get some sparatic tickled in while Abby was sitting next to him.

Big guy in a little bed

Sometimes, Adam crawls into Abby's bed with her. He'll do it when he's putting her down at night and sometimes on Saturday mornings when we go in to wake her up. This was a Saturday morning when they both tried to sneak a few more minutes of sleep in. 

Last Kennywood

Abby wanted to make sure I was getting a good picture of her new green turtle. His name is...green turtle. We normally suggest more creative names but she always falls back to her old standard naming system ...calling it like it is.

Family pose with the turtle that she won from a carnival type game. She would later loose that turtle in Kohl's. We just picked it up from their customer service people yesterday and she was really excited to see him!

She was such a goofball with her frozen posed smiles...she would freeze in her pose for a good 10 seconds at a time while the ride was going.

Mylan offers free tickets to Kennywood once a year for employees. They also provide food, drinks, and ice cream at a pavilion the day that you're there-so it's something we always try to take advantage of if we are available that day. This year, Abby understands what is going on and was really excited to spent the day riding roller coasters!  Here's a picture right inside the entrance to the park:

Shopping

While we were in Pittsburgh to go to Kennywood earlier this month, we took a couple of hours in the morning to visit an appliance warehouse. This place has everything we wanted for hundreds of dollars less per appliance than anywhere online. We were able to pick out 11 pieces while we were there with a killer warranty. Abby did so well and loved getting to run around the showroom because we were the only customers there at that time. Here she is peeking around Adam at some point.

Oh-just me taking pictures of Abby in the morning before I take her to daycare. The posing was her idea. Adorable.

Just capturing some hot dog eating moments! Abby was having a hot dog for dinner while we watched Adam bowl for his bowling league.

I'm loving Abby in her summer clothes. I thought she was so cute this morning I had her sit down and take a quick picture.  Luckily she's playing along with my requests these days. 

Memorial Day Fireworks

Ok-maybe fireworks is too big of a word...sprinklers is more like it. Abby loved getting to use a whole box of sprinklers on Memorial Day!

I was able to score some tickets to a Pittsburgh Pirates game in our company suite a couple of weeks ago. They're such great seats with free drinks and snacks in the room for everyone. Abby had a blast!
