Unicorn hat

Here is Abby rocking the unicorn hat that Mr. Twister made her while we were out for dinner with all of the grandparents.  That thing lasted a while after that night...except the horn popped when she was dragging it in the ground...so it became a horse hat!

Krepps kiddy pool

Abby loved swinging with Nana and PopPop! She was funny and told us when "that's enough"! 

Pigtails

Gammy somehow got some awesome pigtails into Abby's hair for Adam's birthday dinner with the fam last week. I'm going to have to give those a try sometime soon.

Beads!

Abby loved wearing some beads that Tony gave her for a few days last week. She even wanted them in her hair. 

Pool fun

We went to a family pool night last Sunday with Abby. Tony was the only one brave enough to really get in with her because the water was quite chilly. I waded into the shallow end a little and then sat on the side with legs in most of the time. 

Here she would hold herself up and kick her legs for a few second each time. 

Then Tony let her pretend to swim for a while. She had a blast!

Abby's seat

One evening Abby decided to stake her claim on one cushion of the loveseat. I have now declared it "Abby's Seat ".

Playing in Daddy's office

A guy that goes to our church, and works at Mylan as well, was cleaning out his kids old toys and realized he had a huge load of Disney toys. He asked if he could pass them on to Abby and of course we accepted. He dropped them off at church and Abby had them to play with between services this past weekend. She is loving them and happy we got to bring them home!

Posing, kind of

I asked Abby to smile for me at church this weekend so I could take her picture. She did stand still and smile, but kept swinging her arms because she had so much energy that morning. She was a bowl full of smiles!

Aunt Liz

We went to Tyler and Liz's house to have birthday cake for Tony and Abby didn't want to leave to go home. SOMEONE'S lap was too comfortable!

Poppy's birthday prank gift

We got Tony an insulated mug for his birthday because he likes to enjoy a nice cold glass of milk every once in a while. The insulation part looks like beer around the outside of the cup. We thought it was funny since none of us drink. We were trying to get Abby to take a pretend drink from it but she just thought we were crazy!

Crafts at Poppy's church

Here is Abby making a craft while she was at Tony and Kathy's church (while we were in Williamsburg, VA). She had a really good time. 

Take me out to the ball game

Tony and Kathy were able to take Abby to a Black Bears game (minor league team for the new stadium built in Morgantownthis past year) while Adam and I were in Williamsburg last weekend. She had a blast, got to eat a real baseball game hotdog and meet the Black Bear!

  

Ride that horsey!

When we eat at Texas Roadhouse, Abby just HAS to take a ride on the horsey on our way out the door.  It is moving so I'm happy I was able to get some in focus pictures!

Abby got into this position all by herself.

Abby was playing while I was working on cakes and I noticed she had pulled out her old high chair, got in, put the tray on her and was wiggling around asking to be fed. 

Just to note, that is Cracker Barrel maple syrup in the floor, not the contents of a mini bar :-) 

Daddy's shoes

Abby likes to slip on any shoes she finds around the house and walk around. Then she scoots around the living room in them while she is playing. Very cute :-)

Crashed!

Abby had so much fun in her pool and was so tired that she crashed on the couch when she got home and stayed there for about an hour.  That was one tired kid!

Tony and Kathy got this pool for Abby in their back yard. She is really loving pools this summer!

Getting big

Looks like it might be time to start thinking about transitioning Abby to a different type of car seat. See how tall she is??

In-between services

When Adam and I are on for the weekend at church, we have about 45 minutes of free time in between the Sunday morning services to goof off with Abby. She loves running around the church and showing off whatever dress she has on to people.
